Our Plans:

Plans are for Monday-Friday.  See our "Order" page for details on placing your order.  All food is prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen.  We strongly suggest meeting with a physician or licensed nutritionist (we think Christina Fitzgerald at Nourished Living is the best! Check her out in our resources page) to help you determine which program would work best for you.

FYI: We NEVER use refined or processed foods, hydrogenated oils, trans fatty acids, refined sugars or dyes.  This is about as wholesome and fresh as it gets!

Cinch 

 A meal plan designed to help you drop the last (insert your number here) pounds. We stick to the basics, keeping food simple, clean and fresh.  We make every bite a nutritional powerhouse as you are getting fewer calories but need energy and nutrients to look and feel your best.  Think filling soups, salads, lean proteins and a small dessert.  Sample Cinch Menu

 

Family Dinner

Fresh, organic, ingredients + kid and adult approved recipes = happy dinner experience and full tummies.  Our meals introduce kids to new tastes while still offering a standby favorite that "sneaks" in a few extra servings of veggies and/or fruit (and essential vitamins and minerals).  Parents can have a meal to look forward to with minimal prep and clean up.  One day your kids will thank you!  Sample Family Dinner Menu

 

New Mama 

What does a new mother need besides four extra sets of hands, a massage, and more sleep?  Great food!  Let us nurture the new mother in your life with a healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert to help her feel and look her best, as well as giving her the energy she needs to get through the day. Flutter

Lunches and dinners to get you excited about the work week? Yup, we think you deserve to eat well when you work so hard.  Flutter helps to beat turkey sandwhich boredom, loads you up on a variety of nutrients, and gives you the chance to try something new and delicious.  This is a great way to add variety to your diet, eat incredibly healthy, and have more time to hit the gym (or hit snooze a few more times).  Sample Flutter Menu
